Current welds the shaft and wheels of JRONE using the Inertia welding process, in order to improve quality, Now JRONE begin to use newer Electron Beam welding process. A computer controlled Electron Beam produces a very closely controlled, After welding, the shaft and wheel are 100% inspected by Ultra Sonic Testing of the welded area to ensure quality and reliability. Shaft and wheel are balanced with Schenck Automatic Balancing center with air bearing to achieve lowest residual. .
