Packed programme for 4th international conference -on remanufacturing at Rematec 2019

Amsterdam, 7 May 2019 - One of last year’s ReMaTec Remanufacturer of the Year (RotY) Award winners, Mike Hague-Morgan, is to be a keynote speaker at the International Conference on Remanufacturing (ICoR) 2019. ICoR will be held at ReMaTec 2019 in Amsterdam from 23 - 25 June, where Hague-Morgan, co-owner of independent reman group Autocraft in the UK, joins a packed programme in which numerous academic papers will also be presented.

These presentations include ‘Challenging changes in the remanufacturing of automotive parts for electric cars’ by Robert Casper and RotY judge Erik Sundin from Linköping University in Sweden. Paulina Golinska-Dawson of the Poznan University of Technology in Poland will present ‘Framework for materials management in remanufacturing of automotive components’, while Aditya Pandit and Surendra M. Gupta of Northeastern University in the US will examine ‘The Impact of Warranty Fraud in Remanufactured Products’.

Other highlights include: ‘Non-destructive inspection of engine cylinder heads for remanufacture’ by researchers at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, and ‘A Study on Remanufacturing of Cylinder Block and Head Using Hot Spray Technology’ from Korea’s Ajou University. Delegates attending the packed programme of ICoR, are also visiting ReMaTec 2019, the leading trade event on remanufacturing technology.
