Panel Reverse logistics
Reverse Logistics is the process of obtaining and returning the remanufactured products back to the supply chain, so they are ready to use (again). Due to the exponential growth of e-commerce and the big demand for parts, the reverse logistic process is driven to complexities. In response to this, innovations in reverse logistics, such as data analytics, automated return processing, and sustainable recycling, are being developed and implemented.
During this panel, we will highlight the different steps like planning, organizing, leading and controlling of the products in this process of reverse logistics and share the challenges and opportunities we see in this process. How do we improve and innovate this process and how do we think this will develop in the upcoming years (5-10 years).
